• As the Product Manager for SMB Monetization, you will craft and execute a vision focused on building a unique monetization product offering that helps local businesses thrive on Nextdoor. You'll lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, product marketers, and data scientists to realize your vision. You will work particularly closely with the business experience product team to build an ecosystem of features for the small business segment. Your objective is to facilitate the success of local businesses which results in revenue growth for Nextdoor. • Your Responsibilities will include: • Owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for monetizing local businesses on Nextdoor • You will own products from ideation through execution, holding yourself accountable to the key metrics you define for your products and domain • Working cross functionally with engineering, design & research, data science, and other product teams • Driving overall revenue growth for Nextdoor

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management with a high level of fluency within the ad tech space. Previous experience with SMBs is a plus • Ability to operate independently and autonomously with a keen interest in 0->1 product development • You'll be scrappy and willing to wear multiple hats to ensure product success, even if this means taking on tasks outside traditional product management roles • Strong critical thinker and creative problem solver • Comfortable diving into technical details and building an understanding of engineering details

• Compensation, benefits, perks, and recognition programs at Nextdoor come together to create one overall rewards package. • The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $170,000 to $266,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. Compensation may also vary by geography. • We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date. • Overall, total compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. • We have you covered!
