• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive lead acquisition and brand awareness • Collaborate with cross functional teams to produce compelling content that aligns with the needs of our SMB target audience • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and provide insights for continuous improvement • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging • Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to track and nurture leads effectively • Create and present reports on campaign results and performance metrics
• 3+ years of demand generation marketing or digital marketing experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment • The ability to drive tasks independently with minimal guidance • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Understanding of B2B marketing process and content benefits • Strong portfolio
