• Lead the development of comprehensive top line financial plans, forecasts, and analyses • Develop and implement robust financial frameworks to evaluate business performance • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights that drive informed decision-making • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders • Build attribution framework to drive understanding of Notion's top-of-funnel opportunities • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to communicate Notion's GTM strategy.
• 10+ years of experience, including a strong foundation in Sales Finance and/or Sales Strategy at high-growth SaaS technology companies • Expert-level financial modeling skills, with direct experience driving topline planning, forecasting and insights • Experience with sales unit economics, including sales efficiency metrics and payback analyses • Ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-moving environment • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and initiatives • Strong understanding of product-led growth and sales-led growth SaaS businesses, metrics, and customer lifecycle.
