Requirements
• A passion to help drive an equitable healthcare system that ensures positive health outcomes for everyone • 8 + years’ experience Product Managing consumer facing applications • 5 years experience building mobile applications for large scale consumer adoption (1M+ users) with accountability for engagement and retention of users • 5 years experience with 0 to 1 journey in a fast paced startup setup - ability to deal with ambiguity with a strong sense of urgency and bias for action • 3 years experience designing incentive systems incorporating gamification to drive behaviors change • 3 years experience with A/B and multivariate testing • Strong critical thinking and effective written communication to convey information succinctly to partner teams • Experience in developing and implementing outcome measurement initiatives, utilizing suitable test designs and methodologies
