Description
• Lead the planning and execution of clinical trials for Olema Oncology • Accountable for project and trial planning, budgeting, and oversight • Ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements • Establish best trial management practices
Requirements
• A minimum of 12 years of bio-pharmaceutical industry experience • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a scientific discipline • Broad knowledge and track record of managing clinical trial operations • Successfully led a global phase 3 oncology clinical trial • Direct experience in oncology clinical research • Exhibited experience in delivery of study enrollment • Strong experience managing multiple CROs/vendors • Big picture and strategic thinker • Experience implementing large-scale change and process improvements • Experience with financial planning and resource management • Excellent collaborator • Excellent business and financial aptitude • Experience leading teams and managing talent • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of MS Project or Smartsheet
