Description
• Serve as the point of contact for claimants in the Social Security Disability process • Manage client cases from start to finish • Conduct initial interviews and determine eligibility • Collect and analyze medical evidence • Prepare and submit disability applications • Build rapport with clients and provide regular updates • Collaborate with healthcare providers and vocational experts • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case progress
Requirements
• Strong understanding of Social Security Disability system • Desire for continuous learning • Compassionate and advocacy mindset • Proficient with web-based software • Paralegal certification or relevant work experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to synthesize complex medical information • Highly organized and detail-oriented
