Description

• Partner with external tax provider in global direct and indirect tax compliance • Support quarterly and annual tax provisions • Be responsible for property, sales/use tax filings and payments • Be tax lead in implementing sales and use tax compliance software • Support transfer pricing calculations for our intercompany transactions • Manage tax audits through tax analysis, information gathering and documentation • Manage SOX tax processes and controls • Assist with other reporting, calculations and analysis, as required on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business or accounting • 4-6 years of progressive experience working in US domestic (federal and state/local) tax, in a corporate setting, with operations in multiple states • Strong technical and research background around Federal and State Tax Codes, US GAAP (ASC 740 and ASC 718) • MST and/or CPA is preferred • US sales tax experience is an asset • Netsuite experience is strongly preferred
