• Demonstrating a commitment to clients by providing excellent customer service from initial conversation to end results • Managing the company's client relationships in the field of criminal law, including, but not limited to, calling, scheduling, and following up in regards to consultations, appointments, and billing • Utilizing your sales expertise to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling legal services • Handling a high volume of telephone calls and inquiries related to criminal law • Identifying and providing solutions to complex and diverse client-related issues in the criminal law field • Explaining the company's criminal law services to potential clients and highlighting the unique value proposition • De-escalating situations using compassion and empathy with clients facing criminal law issues • Collaborating with the legal team to ensure effective delivery of services and client satisfaction • Showcasing excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills • Working independently, prioritizing, and multitasking as necessary in a remote work environment • Staying updated with the latest developments and trends in criminal law to better serve clients
Requirements
• Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the criminal law industry • Proven sales experience and expertise in upselling and cross-selling legal services • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients • Strong knowledge of criminal law and legal procedures • Up-to-date resume complete with relevant experience, including 1-2 years in a criminal law setting • Cover letter highlighting your skillset and experience in sales and criminal law • Bilingual preferred
