• Provide administrative support in property management • Handle communications with tenants and contractors • Manage properties through applications • Coordinate maintenance requests • Assist with reports and presentations • Help with data entry and administrative tasks
• Previous experience in managing Airbnb listings is a must. • Excellent written and verbal English, other language is a plus. • Must have a service quality mindset, to help our tenants to have the best experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Assertive, Friendly & Likeable • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. • Experience with fast-paced customer service (very preferably in an online setting e.g. phone, messaging, remote environment)
