Description

• Support the accounting and compliance for a portion of international subsidiaries • Work with other members of the business and the Finance Team to determine accounting treatment for unique transactions • Collaborate with outside service providers and partners within Finance and Legal teams to ensure financial compliance • Assist in preparing financial statements for international subsidiaries • Challenge the status quo, improve processes, and work collaboratively across Finance and the business

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting within a US multi-national company • Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; knowledge of share-based payments a plus • Strong attention to detail and ability to function in a dynamic environment • Ability to prepare financial data with accuracy and integrity • Proven ability to creatively problem solve
