Description
• Craft and convey product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and market needs. Set long-term goals and outline Pallet’s product roadmap within the courier industry. • Oversee product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support) to meet product objectives on time and within budget. • Work closely with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, pain points, and usage patterns for prioritizing features and enhancing the product. • Prioritize features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility and manage product roadmaps, adjusting based on feedback on market changes. • Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate product performance and guide future development priorities. • Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless, intuitive user experience meeting diverse user needs in the logistics and transportation industry. • Work with the sales team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and market needs.
Requirements
• 2-8 years of B2B product management experience, preferably in a startup environment • Proven ability to develop and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company goals. • Strong leadership skills in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within budget. • Experience gathering customer feedback, prioritizing features, and managing product roadmaps based on market needs. • Proficiency in defining and monitoring KPIs to evaluate product performance and guide future development. • Collaborative approach in ensuring seamless user experience and alignment with go-to-market strategies.
