Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global content marketing strategy aligned with Panthera’s organizational goals. • Create high-quality, engaging content for emails, web pages, SEO, blogs, and social media platforms. • Plan and execute content campaigns that drive global brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. • Oversee content integration across all marketing channels to ensure a cohesive brand message. • Manage and mentor a team providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and sales to ensure content aligns with overall marketing efforts. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing to improve Panthera’s content strategy continually. • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and optimize SEM strategies to drive targeted traffic, increase conversion rates, and achieve marketing goals. • Proficient in using tools like Google Ads and Bing Ads for campaign management, keyword research, bid optimization, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field. • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. • Proven experience with content planning, strategy, and integration. • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization. • Experience in Drupal. • Experience in Google Analytics 4. • Experience in Email and Social media marketing strategies. • Experience managing and leading a team of content creators. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field. • Speaking and Writing French or Spanish a plus.
