Description

Requirements

• Deep experience in the video game, computer animation, or VFX industries, with demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality visuals and simulations. • Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing technical teams in game technology or related fields. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely. • A strong understanding of visual aesthetics, lighting, composition, and animation principles. • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical goals and roadmaps. • A knack for identifying and resolving complex technical challenges. • A drive to explore new technologies and methodologies to advance the state of the art.
