• Develops WFM as an enterprise-wide solution for reporting and capacity planning. • Oversees, plans, and prioritizes the goals and responsibilities of the workforce management (WFM) team to ensure reporting, capacity planning and audit standards are exceeded. • Drives adoption of WFM services across the enterprise. • Establishes strategies, policies, program standards, and critical measurements for the team by assessing and assembling resources. • Identifies process improvements and implements structure and procedures to improve WFM services and tools utilized within Pathward. • Understands systems, technology, and communication between business units. • Ensure checks and balances and other controls are in place for reporting and capacity planning. • Analyzes results and trends and communicates results to leadership throughout Pathward. • Analyzes and understands the data and provides solutions based upon the results. • Ensures the department meets regulatory, compliance, internal and external audit. Initiate corrective action, as necessary. • Assigns and monitor workflow of direct reports. Oversee and provide feedback on the work performed providing coaching and development opportunities as needed. • Responsible for hiring, coaching, and performance management of direct reports. • Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience • Typically, 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent • Attention to detail • The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self Sufficient and well organized • Sound decision making skills
