• Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of the HubSpot CRM system • Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HubSpot to support marketing and sales initiatives • Plan, execute, and monitor all marketing campaigns, including email marketing, workflows, and automation sequences • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and business goals • Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization • Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to target specific demographics effectively • Implement personalization rules to deliver tailored content and messaging across various marketing channels • Use segmentation and personalization to enhance customer engagement and improve conversion rates • Update and manage content within the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on HubSpot CRM management • Strong understanding of marketing automation, campaign execution, and segmentation strategies • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights • Experience with standing up landing pages or microsites • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
