• The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the growth and health of all owned social media channels and the development of new emerging channels • Ensure brand social goals are executed in totality and lead strategy to ladder back • Develop campaign, always-on, and adhoc social content strategies to achieve growth in reach, sentiment, and engagement that ladder back to 360 marketing plans • Inform the creation of custom in-house content to be purposed on social channels • Actively balance storytelling for the brand overall and commerce-driven content. • Create consistent, actionable social media reporting and insights. • Manage the appropriate analytic tools to optimize social media performance. • Partner with digital growth & acquisition marketing teams to optimize synergies between paid & organic social media efforts. • Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, prominent cultural conversations, new platforms, and best practices
• 7+ years of experience in leading social strategy with a demonstrated portfolio of work • Prior beauty experience • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and management skills • Detail-oriented and passionate about social media • Keen eye for typography, visual design and photography • Proactive team player and collaborator • Strong multi-tasker and ability to handle high-volume of work under tight deadlines • Organized with exceptional time-management skills • Understanding of established brand values and brand aesthetics with an ability to produce on-brand campaigns that fits within existing brand codes
