• Develop and oversee a comprehensive growth strategy to drive measurable revenue impact • Create and execute demand generation strategies to increase qualified pipeline • Own key aspects of the website, email campaigns and nurtures, SEO, social and advertising, events • Own and manage key aspects of our marketing tech stack • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing and Customer Experience • Manage growth reporting and analytics • Oversee, test and optimize paid Marketing spend • Temporarily help manage other key facets of our Marketing efforts for a teammate on leave
• A data-driven and analytical mindset. Base decisions and strategies on data and metrics, experience with analytics tools • Humility, creativity and thoughtfulness • Deep understanding of search engine optimization • 5+ years of growth marketing experience with SaaS experience strongly preferred • Experience developing and executing multi-channel go-to-market strategies • Experience with marketing automation and other relevant software tools • In-depth knowledge of current growth marketing trends and best practices • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
