Description
• Manage TikTok channel by building and executing customer acquisition strategy • Implement best practices for creatives, targeting, bidding, and budget management • Conduct performance analysis, identify areas for improvement, and optimize channel • Experiment with new content formats and strategies • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates • Collaborate with TikTok account team to explore and execute opportunities
Requirements
• 8-10 years of work experience with increasing levels of responsibility • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • Hands-on experience managing YouTube and ability to challenge conventions • Balance between innovation and execution • Analytical and curious mindset • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills • Collaborative with excellent verbal and written communication • Experience with Test and Learn approach to drive channel performance • Self-starter with ability to prioritize tasks and deliver quality results within tight timelines
