Description
⢠Work closely with the Chief Scientific Officer to develop strategies for data acquisition and analysis to understand how microbiome interventions impact the microbiome and human health. ⢠Collaborate with Clinical and Revenue teams in design, analysis and interpretation of customer and clinical data ⢠Collaborate with Clinical and R&D teams in design, analysis and interpretation of experimental results ⢠Identify and define quality-control metrics and visualizations to optimize experimental and assay approaches ⢠Maintain and improve production workflows by managing changes to analysis, code, documentation and validation and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed ⢠Work closely with your users by developing new workflows and analyses according to their needs ⢠Work with data engineering to create analyses and metrics for data integrity and process predictors and outcomes
Requirements
⢠MSc or PhD in STEM, preferably with a biology component ⢠2+ years working in a startup environment (preferably in biotech) ⢠Strong background in Python and SQL (R is a plus) ⢠Experience in code review and versioning ⢠Extraordinary organizational skills, with high attention to detail and focus on accuracy ⢠Experience designing and analyzing studies and distilling and presenting results
