• Senior Digital Content Producer responsible for shaping and executing content strategy • Film, edit, and create content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube • Identify online opportunities to capitalize on emerging trends • Ensure content is commercially successful and meets high-quality standards • Collaborate with Head of Creative & Digital Content • Drive video ad production and digital content strategy • Manage shoots and optimize content based on data
Requirements
• 3 – 5 Years in DTC Social Content: – Producing high performing social media content end-to-end for Meta, TikTok, Youtube… bonus points for Snap and Pinterest. • Video Production Expertise: Highly experienced managing content shoots with a focus on live action involving actors. • Post Production Expertise: Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or Final Cut Pro editing software. • Performance Marketer – Heavy exposure to direct response performance marketing in e-com context spanning strategy, media, creative and conversion • Think Fast, Move Fast – Energized by a high-velocity, high-growth entrepreneurial environment with lots of ambiguity wherein conditions can change rapidly • Driven to Excellence – A natural end-to-end ownership mentality with a relentless inner drive to excellence that other people find energizing, inspiring and motivating • Systems-Oriented – Strong organizational skills and with a knack for creating order out of chaos with highly organized systems that deliver sustained success • Exceptional Communicator – A perceptive listener who quickly synthesize info and can formulate a methodical action plan that can be clearly articulated verbally and in writing
