Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in machine learning model development • Expertise in JAX, PyTorch, and TensorFlow • Capability to independently lead research projects with end-to-end responsibility • Deep understanding of systems engineering for scalable solutions and model training • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-disciplinary team • Experience with low-level optimizations like CUDA kernel programming is a plus
