Description

•Product feature analysis, result-driven planning, and execution through the entire product lifecycle for one of the Plivo API products. •Gathering and prioritizing product requirements, requirement analysis, working with development teams as a product owner to lead implementation using agile methodology. •Working with a team of analysts and guiding them into result-driven actionable items. •Effectively collaborate with customers and carrier partners to deliver best-in-class experiences. •Communicate product road map, project status, and issues to executive management, and other stakeholders. •Engage closely with engineering to help determine the best technical implementation/design. •Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, launch, and market new features. •Use analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision-making. •Define and proactively monitor key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions. •Engage in problem-solving with Business Analysts to determine trends and root causes. •Partner with Customer Support teams in solving pain points for users. •Partner with Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure products are within regulatory boundaries.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is strongly preferred. •Overall 8 Years of experience with a minimum 5 years of product management experience dealing with technical problem solutions at a Tech B2B start-Up as a product manager is a must. •Proven track record for building, launching, and maintaining high-scale, successful products •2+ Years of Software Development experience is a must •Excellent communication and presentation skills – written and verbal •Innovative, entrepreneurial, confident, and able to multitask •Tech-savvy and loves to stay on top of industry trends. •Experience with Voice/calling products. •PM experience at an API business (minimum 2 years)
