• Lead growth efforts across a portfolio of strategic customers/prospects • Understand industry trends and competitive positioning • Lead/contribute to growth strategy discussions • Align growth plans to customer strategic objectives • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships • Lead customer pursuits from prospecting to closed sale • Achieve annual sales targets for outcomes based sales • Achieve target margins • Accurately track sales forecast and activities
• B.A. or B.S. degree required • 5-8 years of consulting sales experience • 5-8 years of selling outcomes based consulting services • Demonstrated understanding of Point B services and offerings • Ability to work effectively with a matrix organization • Expertise in accurately forecasting sales cycles • Excellent organizational, negotiation, presentation, analytical, verbal communication skills
