Description

• The Director of CTV Sales plays a critical role in driving revenue growth for Power Digital Marketing by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with brand advertisers • The ideal candidate will have the ability to cultivate strategic brand-level connections, and forge relationships with key decision-makers • This role requires an individual that appreciates autonomy, has heightened critical thinking abilities, and knows the inside workings of the programmatic media / CTV landscape • While this individual contributor role is focused on increasing the volume of revenue and billings for our programmatic CTV and measurement offerings; the candidate must show a deep knowledge of the digital marketing industry, and have the ability to articulate how our broader services can address client challenges and business objectives

Requirements

• A passion for digital advertising, building fruitful business-relationships, and becoming an expert in the broad world of Power Digital Marketing • An ability to quickly build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external • 8+ years of experience in digital sales with at least 2 years of experience in CTV sales • A proven track record of leveraging data to create insights, compelling presentations, and identify sales opportunities • An ability to prioritize effectively across a broad spectrum of initiatives • A team-first mindset • A proven ability to build a book, nurture existing clients and relationships, and upsell appropriately • An executive level presence in demeanor, poise, and tact • Previous sales training (such as Challenger, MEDDIC, etc.) • Strong follow-through in time management, attention to detail, and reliability • Strong written and verbal communication skills • The ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, under a managed deadline • Exhibits enthusiasm, passion, creativity, and commitment • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work, contribute in a team environment • Salesforce experience
