Description
• Support the day-to-day operations of the Pure Legal Leadership team • Includes meeting coordination, note taking, calendar management, expense management, contract management, finance management, content creation including presentation decks, and ad hoc projects as they arise.
Requirements
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with appropriate care. • Well-organized and able to consistently complete projects on time with great attention to detail. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently with a sense of urgency. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and support team outcomes using effective communication. • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team/collaborative environment. • Experience with technology platforms preferred (e.g., Concur, DocuSign, Google Suite, ServiceNow, Slack, PO systems, and E-Billing systems).
