• Analyze existing configuration, pricing, and quote processes to identify areas for improvement • Conduct process analysis, review detailed process diagrams, flowcharts, and documentation to visualize current and future state processes and advise the process team on required changes or improvements • Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and validate requirements • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the CPQ implementation • Develop functional specifications and work closely with the technical team to ensure alignment with business requirements • Work with cross functional business stakeholders to validate design throughout the development cycle • Support the design, testing, and implementation of the CPQ solution, ensuring it meets business needs and objectives • Assist in the development and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, including test cases and scenarios • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new CPQ system • Work with the project team to ready the field users for implementation through consistent change management communications • Act as a liaison between business units and the project team to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery • Prepare and present regular status reports to project stakeholders and senior management • Monitor and evaluate the impact of process changes, providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed • Stay current with industry trends, methodologies, and tools related to business process management and improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • Master's Degree, advanced degree preferred • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP CPQ or similar digital transformation projects with a strong focus on process analysis and improvement preferred • Strong sales support experience, ideally within a channel-focused organization with demonstrated ability to leverage channel relationships to drive mutual success • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, Logik.io, etc.) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and team members • Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN) is a plus • Expertise in Oracle and SAP systems is a plus • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus • Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude • Highly analytical, fact driven, and is process-oriented • You will be based in Santa Clara, CA. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week.
