Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and growth goals. • Position our products strategically in a competitive and fluid market landscape to maximize market share and customer acquisition. • Lead the marketing team in identifying and pursuing new market opportunities and segments. • Oversee the development of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for the PushPress ecosystem. • Ensure consistent and compelling product narratives that resonate with target audiences. • Drive market research and competitive analysis to influence and develop a multi-year product and business strategy. • Act as a beacon of culture and values, both internally and externally, representing the PushPress mission and vision. • Enhance our brand presence and reputation through strategic communications, thought leadership, and public relations efforts. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing team. • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. • Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members. • Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that aligns with PushPress core values.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing, 6 years of demonstrated success in marketing leadership roles, managing multiple product categories. • Experience in the SaaS industry, preferably with a focus on the SMB segment. • Experience working in a Product Led Growth environment or a heavy focus on Product Marketing (bonus points for Growth Marketing experience) • Advanced skills in driving market growth, from strategic planning and data analysis to digital campaigns and brand evolution. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate a competitive and evolving market. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence internal and external stakeholders.
