Description
• Responsible for leading configuration requirements discussions with customers • Manage the implementation of various products for customers • Train customers on best practices • Build integrations between different systems • Provide technical solutions to address specific customer challenges • Participate in research and development activities as appropriate • Contribute to the advancement of products as a domain subject matter expert • Develop documentation and data specifications • Perform work on problems of moderate scope requiring modification of source code • Manage projects and initiatives with moderate complexity • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance • Continuously improve skills and stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience • 0 to 3 years experience working in a customer-facing role • 1 to 3 years experience leading technical projects • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to articulate ideas and write clear and concise reports
