Description
• Build strong relationships with clients by establishing trust, actively listening, and providing exceptional service • Analyze client data to identify trends and patterns • Conduct regular check-ins with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience
Requirements
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Management or Accounting with a technology-related minor is desired • Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Success with proven Operations or Technical expertise • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and correlate metrics relevant to client goals • Proactive, self-motivated, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong business acumen and attention to detail • Implementation and/or Consulting experience within the healthcare vertical • Knowledge of (EMR) Electronic Medical Record, Patient Engagement, Medical Billing, and Business Information & Analytics systems
