Description
• Support customer onboarding, hardware setup, and software implementation. • Provide hands-on training sessions for clients at various facilities. • Collaborate with teams to resolve client issues for hardware/software. • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. • Continuously develop product expertise and gather feedback to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
• Background in corrections, law enforcement, security, or military is highly desired. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a teacher/trainer spirit. • Technical aptitude with ability to learn new systems and products quickly. • Experience working with customers or clients in any capacity is essential. • Self-starter with growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. • Comfortable with frequent onsite travel to client locations.
