• 10+ years of experience in software development using object-oriented programming • 5+ years of engineering team management experience • Deep experience with AWS • Proficiency with API Technology, including REST and GraphQL • Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing teams of Software Engineers • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership • Experience partnering with product or program management teams • Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects, and development teams in an Agile environment • Willingness to travel.
