Description
•Lead end-to-end coordination of tradeshow, event, and sponsorship initiatives. •Play a key role in planning Rectangle Health’s annual Revenue Kick Off meeting. •Manage exhibit and promotional item inventory, coordinating distribution through vendors. •Continuously seek opportunities to enhance brand presence and streamline processes. •Develop strategies to extend tradeshow impact pre- and post-event. •Assist in the development of lead generation campaigns and marketing collateral. •Provide additional support to marketing projects and administrative tasks. •Up to 10% travel for select events and meetings at corporate offices.
Requirements
•Proven expertise in executing tradeshows across various venues. •Strong desire to understand Rectangle Health’s solutions and the healthcare market. •Familiarity with traditional and emerging marketing channels and technologies. •Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. •Excellent attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously. •Solid budget management experience and proficiency. •5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on tradeshows and events.
