Description
• Build and own sales capacity & productivity models, pipeline models, and any other revenue / ARR deliverables • Drive cross functional alignment with sales and operations to improve processes and forecasting accuracy • Prepare, analyze, and report key financial and operating metrics to internal and external stakeholders. Identify trends, track progress, and make recommendations on areas for improvement • Develop and improve the implementation of financial planning and data systems • Lead ad-hoc projects for the CFO and executive management team
Requirements
• 4-6+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance in an FP&A role in a high-growth SaaS environment • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative field • Strong spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills • Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements • Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced start-up environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously • Works comfortably with incomplete information and deals with ambiguity in a dynamic environment • Extraordinarily detail-oriented with strong work ethic and team-first attitude
