• Plan, write, and edit long-form case studies, blog articles, etc. • Research SEO keywords, cluster content, interview customers. • Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for email campaigns, social media posts, and marketing materials. • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to develop creative concepts and messaging strategies that resonate with our audience. • Ensure all copy is consistent with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines. • Conduct research on e-commerce/marketing-related topics, user feedback, and industry trends to inform copywriting decisions. • Stay up-to-date on best practices in copywriting, editing, digital marketing, and user experience to continually improve our messaging and communication efforts.
• Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in the marketing and e-commerce space • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with keen attention to detail and grammar. • Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging principles. • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling copy that drives action and engagement. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to feedback. • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and app notifications. • Ex-founder or worked at an early-stage startup previously (Series A or earlier). • An eye for visual design or past experience in product design, Figma, etc.
