Description
• Assist with cross-functional company projects • Work with internal and external parties to get things done • Plan and execute conference and event logistics (eg travel, hotels, booking, invitations) • Help with vendor sourcing and management • Serve as basic or first-line IT support (printer setup, cables, connectors, conference room, troubleshooting) • Perform standard administrative duties (e.g., scheduling meetings, etc.) • Occasional 'front desk' operations including greeting visitors & deliveries • Occasional furniture assembly and other practical tasks • On-call for emergency coverage some weekends and holidays • Cultivate an environment that fosters collaboration, open communication, and authenticity
Requirements
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience • Strong collaboration and communication skills across levels and job functions • Experience working at a startup or a dynamic environment • Expert-level proficiency in software tools such as Google Suite, Expensify, Asana, and Slack • Able to balance multiple competing priorities and resolve problems, often under time pressure • Resourceful and can figure out how to solve unusual tasks • Energetic, adaptable, and happy to jump in and help with any task that comes your way • Well-organized, with a sharp eye for detail
