Description
• Provide high-touch, high-quality communication to candidates. • Collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers from both technical and non-technical backgrounds. • Schedule virtual and onsite interviews and ensure seamless coordination of all necessary resources. • Become a super-user of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and identify opportunities for process improvements and streamlining. • Book candidate and employee travel and accommodations (flights, hotels, transportation, etc.). • Oversee lobby management including: Greeting visitors and candidates (check-in, COVID tests administration, NDAs, etc.), receiving packages, assisting with shipment tracking/coordination, periodic assisting with other administrative duties, such as facilitating returns, coordinating with vendors, or scheduling maintenance, and opening and closing of the office. • Perform other duties as assigned; i.e. we’re a startup and we help where we’re needing. We have a humble, no-task-too-small attitude.
Requirements
• Have 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, logistics, scheduling, and/or high-touch customer service. • Have previously worked at a startup or in a fast-paced environment. • Have previously worked with an ATS, Client Relationship Management (CRM), or other relationship management software. • Have proficiency with various software tools, including Google Suite, project/task management, and expense softwares.
