Description
• Oversight and accountability for Rexford’s environmental monitoring, mitigation, and remediation program, including annual planning and budgeting. • Develop and manage remediation and mitigation strategies, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related discipline. • Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental assessment, investigation, mitigation, and remediation, with an emphasis on subsurface investigation and indoor air quality assessments of environmentally impacted sites and risk-based approaches to achieving regulatory closure. • Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of all major environmental regulatory programs in California.
