Description

• As a Contracts and Finance Support Manager, you will help Rhombus address the full breadth of our contractual obligations during the US Government acquisitions and sustainment lifecycle, as well as manage the entirety of Rhombus’ contract responsibilities. • You will be responsible in supporting all outputs associated with Financial, Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including but not limited to annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, management reporting, and special projects. • You will serve a critical function supporting our US Government business and collaborate with Rhombus’ Executive Suite, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Business Development teams. • Rhombus is a fast-growing company at the early stages of growth, and we’re seeking like-minded, mission-oriented candidates that must be resourceful, creative, and eager to take ownership of complex matters. This is a fast-paced, ‘roll-up your sleeves’ role.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. secret clearance • At minimum a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, public policy, international affairs, or related field. Masters preferred • Experience with full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and T&M government and commercial contracts • A strong working knowledge of US Government contracting including FAR/DFARS experience
