Description
• Growlink is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team • This role is pivotal for driving growth in our SaaS and hardware sectors • Emphasis on building a high-performing sales team and expanding market presence
Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales • At least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within SaaS organizations • Proven experience in building and leading sales teams • Experience in at least one of the following industries: Agriculture, Horticulture, Cannabis, CBD, or Hemp is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field • An MBA is preferred
