• The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the Founder of the family office and manage various operational tasks. This role requires a highly intelligent, resourceful, and self-motivated individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities and streamline processes within the division with little oversight.
Requirements
• Exceptional intelligence and problem-solving skills, with the ability to get things done efficiently. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative. • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. • Basic understanding of financial markets and trading is beneficial. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Benefits
• Base salary ~$200k • Performance-based bonus.
