Description
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. • Analyze financial statements, trends, and metrics. • Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards. • Collaborate on financial implications of business decisions. • Identify and recommend improvements in financial processes. • Build relationships across the organization. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus. • Experience within the healthcare technology industry is a plus. • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. • Methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
