Description
• Responsible for operational business at roadsurfer stations in your region. • Drive station setup and organization in your region. • Own budget responsibility and ensure efficient resource use. • Lead station teams, ensuring high employee satisfaction. • Strive to maintain quality standards for future stations in your region. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
Requirements
• Must have at least 2 years of multi-site regional management experience leading teams in the USA required. • Experience leading teams in Canada is desired. • Experience working with companies based in Germany or the EU is highly desirable. • Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree is preferred. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of wage and hour laws, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to master new software. • Willingness to travel to stations within the region. • Strong experience in leading teams with empathy and trust-based relationships. • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail. • Resilient problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills. • Offer contingent upon successful completion of a background and motor vehicle record check.
