Description

• Provide legal advice and support related to the company's business operations and activities • Reliable and responsive advisor to internal stakeholders • Support and facilitate strategic initiatives, corporate financing, legal requirements, and compliance matters • Manage stakeholders effectively in cross-functional projects • Engage and empower colleagues and stakeholder groups • Contribute to the development and interpretation of company's policies, procedures, and programs • Prepare, negotiate, and review legal documents related to business activities

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in a law firm and/or as in-house counsel • Broad international experience in managing regulatory, corporate, and compliance regimes • Experience in commercial negotiation in the technology sector
