Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience working in a bonus incentive environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers. • Passion for interior design and a discerning eye for detail. • Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to assist customers in realizing their visions. • Familiarity with AR, VR, and technology-driven sales approaches is advantageous. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.
