• Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and managing the company's accounts payable transactions • Maintain positive relationships with vendors • Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable files • Additional responsibilities as identified
• Minimum two years related experience in accounts payable or related finance role highly preferred • Associate’s degree in a business field preferred • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English with an ability to communicate with colleagues around the world • Fluency in additional languages are a plus • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent organization and time management skills • Dependable and able to work well individually and within a team • Ability to maintain confidential information • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and as unique projects/needs arise
