Description

• Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with military and law enforcement agencies. • Partner with customers to understand their equipment needs and offer tailored DTS solutions. • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal. • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report activities and results to senior management. • Travel within the territory to meet with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction. • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting back insights that could affect our business model.

Requirements

• Military veterans strongly preferred, with a deep understanding of military culture and needs. • Proven work experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. • Experience in government contracting and knowledge of tactical gear strongly preferred. • Strong listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment. • Practical experience with CRM software and MS Office. • Ability to travel as needed within the territory.

Benefits

• Competitive salary with a base range of $65,000 to $75,000. • On-Target Earnings (OTE) in excess of $100,000 per year. • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance. • 401(k) plan with company matching. • Generous car allowance and travel reimbursement. • Extensive training and development opportunities.
