• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Workforce Platform, ensuring alignment with Samsara’s business objectives and customer needs. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams who depend on your team’s capabilities. Prioritize and deliver platform features and enhancements. • Serve as the primary liaison for internal product teams, understanding their requirements and ensuring the Workforce Platform enables rapid new product development. • Conduct market and user research to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities for innovation. • Promote the Workforce Platform both internally and externally, driving adoption and providing thought leadership in the industry. • Partner with customer-facing teams to close strategic accounts, resolve escalations, and maintain relationships with top customers. • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.
• 5+ years of experience in a product management role, with demonstrable experience of delivering new products from concept through launch. • Deep technical understanding of concepts related to relational data, data modeling, UX data presentation and layout, and API integrations. Ability to grasp technical concepts & establish credibility with engineers. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working on cross-functional teams across a robust product ecosystem at enterprise scale. • Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality product experiences on tight timelines and in line with our business aspirations.
