Description

• Oversee entire People Operations, from onboarding to off-boarding. • Manage payroll, token administration, expense, contract management, HR vendors (EoR, work permits, visas), compliance, benefits, employee data, reporting, and HR systems. • Take full ownership of HR policies and processes, continually refining workflows and automation. • Stay informed on employment law and HR compliance to ensure Scroll’s HR processes are up-to-date for our globally distributed teams. • Act as the first point of contact for team members, addressing and supporting their needs. • Organize and support People programs, team events, and offsites to foster a positive, engaging work environment. • Collaborate with the People Lead and HRBP Lead to identify and deliver HR projects to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in People Operations within a fast-paced environment • Fluency in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate with employees globally • Experience in dynamic industries like blockchain, deep tech, or global remote startups • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Comfortable using various tech platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and high-quality deliverables • Strong team player, proactive, and able to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive and high-energy approach, able to manage complex relationships and difficult conversations • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage responsibilities autonomously, with flexibility in problem-solving and scheduling
