Description

• The US Govt- Account Executive is responsible for the identification, pursuit and securement of business within targeted offices of the DoD and DHS. • The individual executes the business capture strategy for Sea Machines. • The individual also looks for teaming opportunities with industry to win government contracts. • The individual will work closely with the Sea Machines Field Engineering and Mission Success teams to ensure a tier one customer experience is delivered. • The position is remotely based and reports directly to the Director of Federal Business Captures, with 50% domestic travel expectations.

Requirements

• 5 years minimum, working in a sales/capture role with Government customers. • Expert knowledge of marine vessels, navigation equipment and vessel systems is a requirement • The ideal candidate has leadership experience working with major military programs • Experience with marine industry software, USV offerings, or Captain’s Credentials are all favorable. • Travel expectations, up to 50% • Tier one writing and presentation skills, and able to maximize use of MS Office capabilities. • Active Secret Clearance is a plus • Multi-Lingual is a plus
