• Forge and build relationships with Brand partners, growing their business within the agency • Deeply understand client needs and translate those into effective campaigns in collaboration with our Talent and Campaign Planning team • Proactively network to attract new brands • Negotiate budgets and deadlines, managing expectations and making detailed reports on performance • Empathize with both brands and creators • Develop strong and long-term client relationships
• 3+ years of sales, prospecting, or account management, especially in a marketing, advertising, or related field • Experience managing expectations in a two-sided sales environment (matching brands and creators, for example) • Experience working with high profile creators and a deep knowledge of creator content • The ability to quickly develop relationships with key stakeholders through empathetic listening and customer service
